After taking a short break, production house Eskay Movies are making a comeback to film production with their upcoming film Anusandhan. This soon to be released film is a psychological thriller that has been directed by Kamaleshwar Mukherjee. This April 2nd, Surinder Films is going to release one of their long delayed film Flyover, featuring Koel Mallick in the lead role along with Gaurav Chakrabarty and Shantilal Mukherjee in other important characters. The film has been directed by Abhimanyu Mukherjee who has also directed movies like Googly and Teko for the same production house. Although the production house has not made any official statement about it but from the trailer one can easily understand that it is the remake of the popular Tamil thriller U-Turn which was released in 2018. Director Saumen Sur's upcoming film Ei Ami Renu is ready for release in theaters on this April 9th. It is a love triangle that features Sohini Sarkar, Soham Chakraborty and Gaurav Chakrabarty in the lead roles. The film is based on a novel written by Samaresh Mazumder. The story is set in the period of 1980 and 1990. It revolves around three central characters and the complex emotional connection between them. These three key players are a married woman Renu, her husband and her ex-lover played by Sohini Sarkar, Soham Chakraborty and Gaurav Chakrabarty respectively.   Actor Bratya Basu is making comeback as a director after almost a decade with his upcoming movie Dictionary, featuring Abir Chatterjee, Nusrat, Mosharraf Karim in the lead roles. The film is based on two short stories "Baba Howa" and "Swami Howa", both written by renowned author Buddhadeb Guha. Bratya Basu, along with his co-writer Ujjwal Chattopadhyay, has combined these two stories into one screenplay. In the recently released trailer we can see a glimpse of both the stories. The first story is about a married couple played by Abir Chatterjee and Nusrat Jahan. Their marriage is going through a bad phase as they are not compatible with each other. Also the husband is insecure about his marriage because of his wife's proximity with a younger guy played by Arna Mukhopadhyay. This Valentines Day, get ready to watch a refreshing love story titled as Prem Tame, directed by Anindya Chattopadhyay and produced by Shree Venkatesh Films. The film is based on Anindya’s own novel Bocklosh that he had written for a puja special magazine. It revolves around the love life of three young adults Pablo, Arshi and Raji played by new comers Soumya Mukherjee, Sweta Mishra and Susmita Chatterjee respectively. Recently the trailer of the film has been released. The trailer has a charming quality that makes you eager to watch the film. Through a voice over done by the director himself we get introduced with the three main leads. Apparently it seems like a story of a young man who is confused between two girls in his life who are poles apart in their nature.
