Trailer of the movie "Prem Tame"
This Valentines Day, get ready to watch a refreshing love story titled as Prem Tame, directed by Anindya Chattopadhyay and produced by Shree Venkatesh Films. The film is based on Anindya’s own novel Bocklosh that he had written for a puja special magazine. It revolves around the love life of three young adults Pablo, Arshi and Raji played by new comers Soumya Mukherjee, Sweta Mishra and Susmita Chatterjee respectively.
Recently the trailer of the film has been released. The trailer has a charming quality that makes you eager to watch the film. Through a voice over done by the director himself we get introduced with the three main leads. Apparently it seems like a story of a young man who is confused between two girls in his life who are poles apart in their nature. But this is not an ordinary love triangle there is an interesting fourth member also who is playing a vital part in the story. He is Khogen, a pet dog who is the show stealer for sure. One must give credit to the makers for choosing such an apt title for the film.
So far Anindya Chattopadhyay has directed three movies and each time he has made a special film out of an ordinary predictable story by creating engaging characters and moments. Looks like he is going to repeat that same pattern in Prem Tame also. All the three debutantes are looking very promising. The other highlights of the trailer is the funny dialogues and wonderful music combined with an eye catching cinematography by Subhankar Bhar. In current pandemic situation when Bengali films are struggling to attract crowd in theaters, one must praise Shree Venkatesh Films for backing up such refreshing and engaging content, made with a moderate budget. Prem Tame has all the possibilities to bring the young crowd to cinema halls during this Valentines season.
